Stonehaven Carties Annual Race Event

  2008 Event ~ Entry 

No-one likes paperwork but it's got to be done.
First you need to complete your entry form. 
Then you need to complete Consent and Waiver forms for all team members, including the marshall

Entry
Open up the full entry form in Word or PDF format on the links.
Print off the form and complete it. 
Then send it with the appropriate entry fee to the address on the form. 
Remember....places are limited and entries are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
Each cartie must have a separate entry form and fee: one team - one cartie
Make sure you read the Rules before entering.

Waiver & Consent
Open up the forms on the links.
All team members and Marshalls must complete a Waiver form, and all under-18's must also have a consent form completed by their parent/guardian.
These forms may be submitted at any time up to the Event.
