There are Construction Rules for how to build your Cartie, and Event Rules for the Race itself.
There is a Junior and a Senior class - construction rules are slightly different for each.
Read the Rules and you will have no problem with Scrutineering, and you will fly through the Race.

- There is a Junior class and a Senior class - construction rules differ slightly for each
- The Cartie must have 4 wheels
- Brakes are optional, but if you have insufficient brakes then you will start at Line #3
- Must have effective steering
- Must conform to the stated dimensions
- The driver must be seated and facing forward 
- Have no sharp or loose parts, or bits to trap hands, feet or clothing
Construction Rules Summary 

- Rules are similar to last year, with both Junior and Senior classes.
- There will be 3 starting lines and a short and long course.
The Junior race will be for entrants starting at Line 3 and taking the Short Course.
The Senior race will be for entrants taking the Long Course, starting at any Line
- Entries may be upgraded from Junior to Senior, or vice-versa, as a result of scrutineering, the drivers' age and ability, or other reason at the Organisers' discretion.
- Each cartie will have 3 runs against the clock
- Each Team may have up to 3 members; one or all may drive
